I grew up there, even used to ride my bike on campus as a kid. In a nutshell, their program is almost always lousy. People came to the games mostly to socialize and see the halftime show. But Quinn turned things around big time. It's is really hard to win at Savannah State and now they are excited about football. I think he is a very good coach, also he will be cheap.
